The temperatures dropped down dramactically here. Every morning when I wake up, it’s still dark outside, and the air is freezingly cold. They said that this year is going to be very cold, and we’re expecting temperatures from -20° to -30°. It’s just the beginning of October and I’m a giant iceberg.
The recent cold was the perfect excuse to start knitting some hands cozy. If you remember, I talked about these mittens before in a blogpost about the anthology of knitting. They belong to the list of patterns that made me want to learn knitting. Aren’t they absolutely gorgeous? For this project I have used some Cascade 220 leftovers from my Avery Scarf.
Ps: I have altered the pattern to make full mittens. They are originally fingerless mitts.
